I'm an old guy, but I'm computer savvy. This thing is a computer that fits in your pocket. The call quality could be better. You get that "tin can" sound sometimes. That might just be the network and location of towers in my area. I was worried that I might have trouble reading the screen, but it's bigger than my son's phone and perfect for me. My previous phone was a clam shell design so I forgot when I put the new phone in a pocket with something metal and sharp. It scratched the gorilla glass screen a bit. Live and learn. Considering the design tradeoff that had to be made, I think this is a great phone. Add to that no contract, unlimited data and 300 min for $35, it was a great fit for me and a wonderful deal.

Having owned several different cell phones, the Triumph is the best of them all. Makes my 3G iPhone history.

Not sure about the preceding reviews. Have had mine for a while with no issues. My prior phone was an iPhone and although the screen in the iPhone seems a bit more responsive it is pretty good with just occasional lag. Call quality is good, no dropped calls or problems calling or receiving. Signal sometimes is just one bar and still connects fine. Design is what you would expect, it is a square black phone loaded with plain Android, so no complaints there either. Pretty happy with it. Only wish would be a tad better battery life but it gets through a day with average use.

This phone is a major disappointment. Call quality (sensitivity to signal) isn't terrific, it cannot seem to lock on GPS and the touch screen is a bit buggy (sometimes it is non-responsive). Too bad. Stick with LG Optimus V if you want the Android experience on Virgin Mobile. Two of my family members have it and the overall phone and experience is much, much better
